We are an organic garden center and have been in business at this location 10 years.
Our following are mostly folks who prefer to garden organicly. We also happen to be located not far from North Shore Medical Center (Salem Hospital)and along with the frequent requests from our own customer for cut flowers and arrangements we also get walk ins from people who are visiting someone in the hospital.
We do not wish to take on anymore by offering this service ourselves since we are getting older and wish to have more time for ourselves. We currently run not only the garden center, but offer landscape services and hold craft classes. So our plate is pretty full.
The price is right at only $2.00 a sq ft plus utilities.
The minimum space we would like to offer is 700 sq ft.
