Quezon City was master planned by Harry T. Frost, architectural adviser of the Commonwealth government, with the assistance of Alpeus D. Williams, former director of the bureau of Public Works, and Juan M. Arellano who was one of the most outstanding architects of the country then. The Quadrangle in the heart of the City bounded by four avenues--- North, West, South and East--- was designed to be the site of the national government buildings.
In recent times, the Quezon City government through the assistance of World Bank and the Japanese consultancy firm, Almec Corporation, prepared the Triangle Park CBD Masterplan that aims to reinvent 250-hectares of land in the North and East Triangles and Veterans Memorial area of Quezon City into a mixed use district where businesses, residences and institutions converge.
Eton Centris lies at the heart of this Triangle Park CBD, with 600 meters of frontage along major thoroughfare, Epifanio de los Santos Avenue. The proposed new main road that will usher entry into the CBD, the Parkway Loop, will also have its gateway within Eton Centris’ 12-hectares of development.

Eton Cyberpod Centris- This is the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) office space component lined along EDSA. One Cyberpod Centris was completed last October 2009 while Two CyberpodCentris is under construction and expected to be completed on the 1st Quarter of 2012.
Elements - This is an upcoming events venue that will be well located and suited to accommodating social functions like weddings, birthdays, family parties, and corporate functions like conferences and seminars.
One Centris Place - Eton Centris’ newest residential condominium that lies next to major thoroughfares through a direct walkway connected to Centris Station.
Other components eyed for development within Eton Centris include a hotel, medical tourism facilities, small offices/home offices, among others.
Eton Centris - more people-friendly and accessible
ETON Centris is situated at the corner of two major arteries connecting the metropolis - EDSAand Quezon Avenue. It is directly connected to Metro Rail Transit (MRT) - Quezon Avenue Station which allows people to have easy access to the new development.
