| | | I am offering my mare, Sierra, up for lease. I am in grad school, and just do not have the time for her that she deserves.
Sierra is a 14 year old Quarter Horse mare. She loves people, and has great manners, both on the ground and under saddle.
She is well trained, and is suitable for intermediate or advanced riders, or a confident beginner.
I have shown Sierra for several years, and she has AQHA points in western pleasure, horsemanship, trail, equitation, and hunter under saddle. If you are interested in showing, I am happy to let you take her to shows (or can trailer her for you), or help arrange permits to show.
Sierra is primarily a western horse, but will happily ride English for you if you prefer. I have both western and english tack available for you to use, plus any other equipment you might need.
She is stabled at a beautiful barn in Southwest Loveland, Colorado, with an indoor and several outdoor arenas. I would definitely consider relocating her within the area if needed.
For no additional cost, I can also provide you with twice monthly lessons.
A full lease would be $400/month, $200/month for a half lease. This covers her board, I will take care of any additional expenses such as vet and farrier.
