Includes stalls cleaned twice daily, grain twice daily, free choice timothy hay, turnout weather permitting with run in shed, indoor sand arena, miles of trails ( access to the Heritage Rail Trail,Lake Redman and Williams), hot and cold wash stall, separate tack room, heated and ac office with restroom. We feed Carb- Guard, Sentinal Grow and Excel, and Strategy Healthy Edge all feeds are hydrated with hot water for each feeding. No extra charge for blanketing, supplements, flyspray/masks, or minor wound care( Owner provides supplies). Also grooming, bathing, clipping, hand walking, bandaging, ice or heat therapy, ect… provided for additional fees. Owner lives on premises and was a veterinary assistant for 6 years. Laid back atmosphere with excellent care! 24 hour stall care available at no additional cost.
