Andrew is an orange and white short hair tabby that we brought into our Indianapolis home about 2 months ago. Last November, we brought him to the vet for neutering, all shots including rabies, had an ID chip installed, and he is estimated to be 2 years old. He has grown to the size of a mature male Maine Coon, and weighs approximately eighteen pounds. We cannot keep him because we already have five other adopted indoor cats. Andrew needs to be by himself because he was an outdoor cat, and has a hard time being among other cats.
In spite of his feral attitude toward other cats, his overall nature is very loving, vocal, and playful, and adores people with his beautiful voice. He deeply desires the indoor life, as he has far less desire to go outside much. Andrew is an excellent candidate to be an indoor cat as long is it's just him. He craves the indoor life with the right family, and will charm anyone he meets. His ID chip is transferable to the adopting family, and he is available free of charge so he can find a forever home quickly.
