(1882 -- 1950) Rockford Chair and Furniture Company 9-piece oak dining room ensemble. Crafted by artistic expert designers, featuring detailed carvings along the edges, prominent pineapple turnings on the legs and doors, as well as a distinctive border framing the tabletop.
This 9-piece set includes, as is: $300.00 - Dining room table with a built-in Watertown Table and Slide Company birch slide for the extensions under the tabletop; tabletop pads; 6 rewebbed, repadded and reupholstered chairs, one being a captain's chair; $150.00 - Buffet with 2 doors and 2 drawers, the center drawer has a divider; and $150.00 - China Cabinet with one drawer and the original skeleton key for the 2 doors.
The table and buffet are stamped with numbers 01786 and 1786 respectively, and the china cabinet has 1786 handwritten with a signature next to it. There's historical research included on the last page for you. This set was purchased from an Antique Dealer in Menominee, Michigan in 1963. Our asking price is $600.00 or best offer. Its pick-up location is County Rd. 6 in Plymouth, Minnesota.
