This Is How I Lost 20+ Pounds WITHOUT Supplements!
One word... FRUSTRATION. Can you identify with that word?
This was what FRUSTRATION meant to me when trying to lose weight:
- Frustrated that I had to restrict myself to only one or two foods on crazy diets in order to TRY to lose weight (didn't work).
- Frustrated that I had to exercise like a mad man if I wanted to see results (didn't work)
- Frustrated that I spent chunks of money trying Replacement Meal shakes to substitute meals in order to lose weight (didn't work)
- Frustrated that no matter what I tried, things just DIDN'T WORK!
Ready to throw in the towel, I was finally told of a diet program that wasn't so much like a diet at all that would help me lose weight because they did as well using it. Given I had tried other things in failure, I was skeptical but figured to try it anyway.
