Show Me A Diet That WorksOne of the most frustrating things that occurs after the holidays is weight gain. We all make New Year's resolutions to drop that weight but how successful are we usually? A lot of it depends on what sort of stress the diet places upon us.
But what if you didn't have to choose WHAT you ate, just WHEN you ate it? Now I would think that would make trying to lose weight MUCH easier!
