Lose Weight In 11 Days - Are You Up To The Challenge?
How many times have you felt like you were ready to lose weight, and then gave up
because of the thought of the extensive diet plan you had to do to lose weight?
Or have you experienced what I've been through, in trying meal replacement shakes and
spending an arm and a leg on them, only to see that it's not helping you lose as fast
as you hoped, OR, that you're just so darn tired of drinking 2 shakes every single day?
Sound like you? I know how you feel because I felt the same way as well for a good while!
I got tired of starting a diet plan, and then feeling that I could only limit myself to
the exact same menu for 7 days, 10 days, or even 21 days if I wanted to see results.
Look, if you think about it, the reason we fail diets isn't so much us, it's the DIETS!!
When you're completely restricted to the exact same menu every day, you're bound to
want to quit, especially when there are no sweets involved on that menu at all.
I know, I love a good share of sweets here and there, even though I don't gorge on them.
Or what about those annoying meal replacement shakes, have you dealt with them as I have?
I bought in to the whole hype on Herbalife and read up on how it could help you lose
weight too. So I spent the near $200 on the kit to start. A couple of weeks or so in,
and I didn't see much of a loss of any kind at all. AND, I got tired of the same
repetition of drinking two shakes a day, and one meal for dinner.
Okay, so yeah, I could change the flavor of the shakes with fruit. They're STILL SHAKES! Lol!
Even worse though wasn't so much the shake, but maintenance... $200 every month for this???
I don't know about YOU but I couldn't imagine throwing my money away every month like that.
So I got to doing some more research and my wife had told me about something that she
had done to help her lose weight, and that it didn't require the same meal over and over.
She enjoyed it and said that it gave you a variety of different food options to choose from.
She said she enjoyed it also because it was flexible in that you chose the foods for your menu,
and then it would generate an 11 day menu plan that you would stick to, with a larger variety
of foods from the list that YOU CHOOSE.
I didn't buy into the concept at first, but then, this was my wife. Why would she steer me wrong?
So I decided, if I could spend nearly $200 on Herbalife, then why not try this out at least.
My Plunge Into This Weight Loss Diet Plan Began
Trust completely put into my wife, I decided to take the plunge and so I bought the program,
and started it out exactly as instructed, trying to put all skepticism aside.
It actually did have a large variety of foods for you to choose from, most of which
I actually LIKE, and so that boosted my desire to actually try this plan out.
It had foods such as turkey breast, ham, roast beef, or tuna fish. It also lists foods like
eggs, various fruits and vegetables, beans, and more! Overall, an easy menu plan that I could enjoy!
It even had FROZEN YOGURT and Banana Milk Shakes as options! (you could sub banana for other fruit)
I was amped to try it out now. And even more so, it's a 14 day plan, but for the last 3 days,
you can eat whatever you wish!! Granted of course not to overdose on foods. But still, FREEDOM TOO??
Results That Shocked Me Beyond Belief After 11 Days
Okay, so I proceeded with my 11 day course, and stuck true to it. The only other thing I had to
make sure I do, per the menu plan, was drink 8 cups of water a day. Not too bad, water doesn't bother me.
You're advised that you can walk if you want at least half hour a day, but that this is optional and
helps you lose weight a bit more due to the exercise, but is not a mandatory exercise.
To my surprise, when I weighed myself, I had lost 8 pounds in 11 days and was beyond shocked!
And even more so, I didn't hate the menu I was on at all! I really enjoyed the food overall and,
coupled with the water I drank and the fact that I didn't need to actually exercise, the weight loss was great!
I Would Recommend Giving This Plan a Try At Least... Much Better Than Replacement Meal Shakes!
Overall, I have to say that I was actually impressed with not only the loss of weight, but
with the program itself as well and the variety of foods that I had at my disposal, versus
sticking with one limited menu for 7 straight days or so like those fad diets such as the "Chocolate Diet"
or others that are out there. Not saying these don't work at all, but you're beyond limited menu wise.
If you're looking for a weight plan to help you to lose weight, and you've either already been through
the nonsense that I have with trying different diet plans or expensive replacement shakes,
I would recommend giving this plan a try at least, honestly and wholeheartedly, for the first 14 days.
I'm sure you'll enjoy the process as well and see results just like I did, and you get to ENJOY FOOD!
