Event Coordinator

Event Coordinator maintains the long-term relationships with our corporate accounts making them the foundation of Expo 4 Life.

E.C. responsibilities include:
• Acquiring new corporate accounts
• Generating leads and booking appointments with corporate managers
• Presenting program to managers/owners
• Managing event calendar
• Promoting events
• Setting up and overseeing event
• Follow up meeting with manager
• Maintain relationship
• Maintains accurate records of all pricing, sales, and activity reports
submitted by Account Executives.

Desired Skills & Experience

Job Specifications:
• 2-5 years of experience in sales/event coordinating.
• Experience with CRM software solutions.
• Extensive experience in Prospecting, Marketing & Sales Presentations.
• Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
• Willingness to travel and work within a team of professionals in Orange County.
• Proven leadership and ability to drive sales.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Compensation
• Monthly Draw + Commission + Monthly, Quarterly & Annual Bonuses
