Event Coordinator
Event Coordinator maintains the long-term relationships with our corporate accounts making them the foundation of Expo 4 Life.
E.C. responsibilities include: Acquiring new corporate accounts Generating leads and booking appointments with corporate managers Presenting program to managers/owners Managing event calendar Promoting events Setting up and overseeing event Follow up meeting with manager Maintain relationship Maintains accurate records of all pricing, sales, and activity reports submitted by Account Executives.
Desired Skills & Experience
Job Specifications: 2-5 years of experience in sales/event coordinating. Experience with CRM software solutions. Extensive experience in Prospecting, Marketing & Sales Presentations. Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements. Willingness to travel and work within a team of professionals in Orange County. Proven leadership and ability to drive sales. Must have reliable transportation.
