THE MEDIA CENTER BY TEXAVISION
is seeking an Account Executive for new business development and continuing development of existing accounts.

The successful candidate must possess exceptional communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
They must be self-motivated, goal driven and creative, with the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
The media center is growing by the minute and we're looking for Account Executives to join our sales team in HOUSTON, TX.

As an Account Executive, you'll help transform the local business landscape; influencing how people make buying decisions from finding a dentist to what you’re having for dinner tonight. This fast-paced sales team has an infectiously positive attitude and drive to win. Account Executive Responsibilities:
• Manage your own leads and drive the full sales cycle from introductory calls to closing deals
• Educate your clients around the power of ZLINK online advertising
• Make a high-volume of outbound sales calls to local business owners each day (80+)
• Establish lasting, mutual beneficial relationships with clients
Account Executive Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or a minimum of 3 years relevant sales experience
• An entrepreneurial spirit. Our account executives are hard-working, self-motivated and confident
• A passion for sales. Specifically Tv , radio or online advertising and helping local businesses succeed

The Account Executive– Field Sales (AE) is responsible for the profitable sales growth through management of assigned mid-sized to large accounts and acquisition of new accounts within their territory which can consist of local segments of national accounts, larger regional accounts, and locally-based mid-sized customers. New accounts are transitioned to the AE from the Business Development Representatives (BDRs) and the Directors of Business Development (DBDs) for account implementation, servicing, and retention and growth. This position will be responsible for utilizing the Total Solutions selling approach to gain incremental penetration and sales growth wi1.Establish relationships with new customer key company representatives. Promote their products, services, and commitment to customer satisfaction to support business retention and expansion. Assigned to mid-sized and large accounts which are either national in scope with a local presence or strategic accounts within the market on a dedicated basis.



2.Grow sales in assigned market through existing accounts and new account acquisitions.



3.Schedule presentations with customers to communicate new and changing product options, reaffirming the complete range of business benefits, while demonstrating a thorough knowledge of the company’s products and services in order to maximize business opportunities with complete comprehension and execution of Total Solution Selling.



4.Engage sales colleagues (Technology, Furniture, ImPress) as needed to effectively present the total solution.



5.Present renewal contracts (where applicable) for customer approval on a timely basis ensuring that customer business needs are met while.



6.Collaborate with internal departments to research customer problems and questions. Provide headquarters liaison to satisfy all customer business needs. Ensure an engaged and satisfied customer.



7.Develop broad and deep relationships within the customer by meeting with multiple levels of contacts.



8.Maintain current knowledge of the company’s business marketing, sales, and pricing programs developed centrally for field implementation.
