ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Provides world class customer service - Works well in a team environment - Driven to complete duties and assignments without constant supervision - Handles inbound support service calls. Employee must competently answer a wide range of product questions. - Learns quickly - Makes outbound calls to prepare and confirm member appointments - Makes outbound calls to prospective members to enroll them in iQual services by phone - Meets goals, objective sand service standards - Other related duties and job assignments from your immediate supervisor
Potential Career Path: CSR I to CSR II. Advanced career path opportunities may include Team Leader, Department Manager or Quality Control Specialist etc. iQual prefers to promote from within when possible.
WORK EXPERIENCE & REQUIREMENTS
iQual is seeking candidates that display strong character & integrity along with effective written & oral communication skills. Successful candidates will participate in new employee Basic Support Training. You must have experience providing customer support where your daily duties included inbound and outbound service calls. We do not make "cold" calls to the public to sell our service.
Candidates must successfully clear a background check performed by iQual Human Resources before any offer of employment is consider final.
Experience using a computer with the following:
- Microsoft XP operating system - Microsoft WORD (minimal usage) - Working knowledge of the following internet browsers: MS Explorer™, Firefox, Safari, Google Chrome. You will work with customers by phone that will need assistance navigating in these and other internet browsers.
