Description:
The Customer Program Manager will act as a central point of contact on multiple projects while serving as the primary project lead on various Unisource Global Solutions customer programs. The CPM will adhere to project timelines, maintain regular status reports and coordinate team planning meetings. The CPM will work with the production team to schedule and facilitate the flow of information in all project phases. The CPM will ensure all project requirements are met.
Responsible for coordinating the efforts of sales organization towards Customer Engagement efforts and track associated metrics.
Manage Large, Complex Customer Programs
Coordinate and Manage Dedicated Customer Resources
Provide a Single Point of Management for all Sales Operation Functions
Manage Profitability and Revenue Growth Plans
Gather project information and initiate/facilitate project kick-off meetings to ensure all parties have complete understanding of the project scope and requirements
Communicate and maintain project timelines
Apply understanding of customer business needs to establish solid customer relationships and facilitate problem-solving
Demonstrate thorough understanding of client's brand standards to ensure provide effective brand control and partner with client on development of future jobs
