Multiple Job Opportunities, Career Minded Employees Needed A.S.A.P. - National company looking for highly motivated team members to join company. We are looking for motivated and self starting individuals to manage a variety of customer service, sales and general office functions. This position requires someone who enjoys handling client servicing, working in a fast paced environment, and juggling a variety of tasks while working side by side with colleagues and the CEO of the company. As the primary point of contact for the client, you provide service updates, resolve customer service issues, streamline daily operations and provide technical support.DUTIES:Answers inbound calls from clients and providing solutions Work with senior consultants, the Production Dept. and CEOHelp manage and communicate all Company Services to clients Resolve client issues, both internally and externallyDemo services and company benefits to our clients Prepare and organize materials sent in from clients Conducts a variety of other administrative workAttend training and dept. meetings, as necessaryLiaise with sales team, operations manager, and other departments on an ongoing basis to ensure product quality and customer satisfactionREQUIREMENTS:MUST HAVE A POSITIVE ATTITUDE2 years of experience in a corporate environmentMust enjoy working on the phone Support experience very helpfulExcellent computer proficiencyGood analytical skills Must have good customer service skillsMust be able to work with all levels in an organizationMust have strong organizational skills and VERY detail oriented Must have strong verbal and written skills Must be creative Must be assertiveMust enjoy a fast paced environment with variety and spontaneity Immediate availability Must have valid driver's license, reliable vehicle and valid insurance
