This generator is powered by a 1.3 litre Ford 4 cylinder and is a genuine 17KW generator not like the BS home owner units that burnout at half their rated output. These units typically last about 4,000-5,000 hours between rebuilds (at full load, longer at light loads) or about ten times as long as the home depot/hardware store variety. "Kohler" Command 8.5 Pro Generator. Set up for starting Trucks,Busses, Cars. Set up for Auto start so you don't have to pull the cord. You need to add a battery for this feature and connect to your truck batteries to constantly charge the starting battery on the unit. Otherwise just pull the coed like I have. This was mounted on a truck so there is a little surface rust on the auto start unit. Jumper cables attached. Perfect if you run multiple vehicles or large equipment!
