So you want to know how to make money on the internet? Who does not want to stay at home, sit at the computer, open their emails and make money at the same time? I read the ads and it said quite simply that all I would have to do was check my email, click it, open it and I would make money. That was completely true; I just did not expect that the money I would be making would be a cent an email. I have to say I lost interest after that. Then there were a series of typing jobs and research jobs I bought into. A few did not pay, many did not actual jobs and one paid even less than the cent per email. Finally I wised up, and here are a few things I have learnt.Firstly, finding jobs on the Internet takes as much work, effort and time as looking for regular jobs, typing up an appropriate resume, going in for the interview and asking questions. Knowing that from the start saves you a lot of frustration later on. The next step is to then to ask yourself a few questions:How many hours do you really have to spend on the Internet? What do you usually do when you get on it - surf, research, play games? Are you disciplined enough to set up and maintain either a site, work quota or various payment options, whatever it is that you are required to do?There are sites for you to make money playing games, writing letters and papers, stories, transcription jobs, reading emails. Filter them. Read what they are offering carefully and make sure you understand. If you don't email their customer service with questions then ask about the refund policy, just in case.Next, look up the reviews on them. There are scams out there, so spend a few minutes checking out people's reviews about their payment frequency, their job availability and whatever else there is out there. Then work out a tentative schedule for yourself. When are you going to sit down and do the work? How much do you plan on making? Review it at the end of two weeks or a month to see what you can do better, if your goals are realistic. If you really want to know how to make money on the internet you should do your research. Reading other people's blogs on making money on the internet has been one of the best ways to find jobs. It is an interactive dialogue with reviews, suggestions, and critiques all in one place. You can check out these sites, do a little homework, and see if it is for you.Good Luck! |
