Worknet QA is looking for Call Quality representatives for various companies in need of improving their client/customer service department to maximize efficiency and productivity.
You will observe, critique, and report employee behavior discreetly for any productivity discrepancy, unsatisfactory customer service etiquette, and unacceptable employee behavior.
Hours vary from 9-5pm or 9-10pm depending on the company or business in need of assistance.
You must speak with a job site supervisor in order to apply.
Pay is $5-$10 per call or more depending on experience.
