|Let's start the interview right now....|
Let's say that you are associated with a company that did 1.3 billion dollars in revenue last year and has paid 3.1 billion in commissions since it was founded in 1985.
You need to find 5 sharp people (probably more later).
You hear the economy is bad and people are looking for work but when you look for people, you find folks who either aren't really interested in working.....
You find people who think that they deserve a huge salary, benefits, company car, vacations etc.
They 'demand' this without ever showing that they can help the company.
How would you, as a leader, address a situation like this?
Bottom line: We need people. We are having trouble finding sharp people.
HERE IS OUR STORY.....
We represent a company that is growing due to the need of their sustainable products.
Their products are awesome and their price point is unbelievable.
Their business structure is explosive and they have no competition in their arena.
So we are having a field day!
We need people who have experience in ANY of the following areas:
-We pay well (our compensation plan is outstanding and rivals anything that is out there)
-We pay fast
-Benefits are available
-Bonuses are normal (that is what happens when you have a growing company)
From February 2nd through February 6th there will be a representative of the company in Cherry Creek conducting interviews.
Metting times will be available:
