What You Did Wrong * What corrective measures are needed if any? * How can I avoid distractions that made me rush though something... * How can I change the process or environmental factors So it does not happen again?
What You Accomplished * Yeah ME !!! * How can we CELEBRATE THIS SUCCESS? * How can we adjust our processes TO ALLOW US TO CONTINUE DOING THIS RIGHT?
What You Wanted To Do * What was the impact of not doing it?
What Kept You From Doing It * Did I assign the right priorities to other things? * Did I assign the right priority to the thing I wanted to do? * Do I need training, have questions answered, or just spend more time?
By the end of your ME APPOINTMENT, what you have is... SOME SEMBLANCE OF A LIST OF GOALS... AND TASKS FOR EACH OF THOSE GOALS... THAT WILL ALLOW YOU TO SUCCEED.
I'm not big on New Years Resolutions, But let's not call it a resolution, but rather A CONTRACT WITH YOURSELF.
