Complete but don't run, has fire, and compression, belt missing,needs brake cable, seat, kill switch reinstalled, has wires underneath that are disconnected, maybe thats why it won't start???? Either way I ain't got the time and don't want to fool with it, these things are capable of going 54 miles per, I believe it's in the carb....got it in a trade...
