2007 Kenworth T-2120 this wk end only $28K
with C-15 Accert Cat...475-bhp upgradable to 550. 10 speed eaton 3:36 ratio, pre emmission 7.8 MGA..(mpg Average) ....gets better with Premium fuel only..640K miles. One owner, one driver, i went 385,000 miles on a set of drive tires.
(1) these engines are by far the most reliable on the market today.
Manufacturers recomendation for Oil Change...25,000 to 35,000 miles.
(a)This one has OPS Oil filtration and reconditioning System. This makes extended oil change intervals profitable.. we are talking 95,000 miles...
however i use Cat filters on main oil changes and Fram filters in between and i don't go pass
65,000 miles,
b) All maintenance work or repairs are done by ASE Certified and Qualified
Technicians...so it does not violate manufacturers warranty .
(2) most Kenworth T-2's are 232"wheelbase.
this one is 264" which makes for a better ride.
(3) fewer trucks has, Daylight windows:
these windows are not only esssential..especially when blindside backing UP in tight alleysways and loading docks..
they are downright indispensable..and very expensive.
(4) According to Kenworth..dealers this truck will go 1.3 million miles,
with no hassle, because it's so well maintained.
