NC Mentor is looking for special individuals willing to open their homes and make a real difference in a child's life by being a therapeutic foster care parent. Our kids are usually ages 12-18.
We provide on-going training, 24-hour support and a generous stipend. This is not a job for mentor network but a contract for therpeutic foster care parents.

Minimum requirements: 21 yrs of age, High School graduate/GED or higher, Valid North Carolina driver's license, reliable transportation, One adult at home not working or with a flexible work schedule, Must be able to support home without stipend and must be able to pass a background check.

We have two classes coming up:
Feb 20th at 6pm at the Pender County Library on 103 S Cowan St in Burgaw.
Feb 23rd at 10 am at the Hampstead Branch Library on 18676 US Highway 17 N in Hampstead
