Everyone wants to make loads of money in the real estate game. Whether it is in real estate sales, real estate investing or anyother aspect of the business. The problem with most professionals is that even though they have the desire to make loads of money in this business, very few of them apply this one simple principle to their business. If they could just to learn to do just one simplething a day, they could reap all sorts of benefits that would eventually turn into serious money for them.
That simple thing is applying action. Let's face it, the biggest roadblock that is facing you is inertia and procrastination. You have probbly heard yourelf say a half of a dozen or so times, "Man if I had done blah blah blah (you fill n the blanks, you know them better than I) I would be making millions by now! You see, the words "If I had..." implies the fact that you didn't do anything in the first place. If you were to look at some of the millionaires that I have et over the yerars, you would be amazed at the number of them that are not so bright, not so cute and not so organized. I don't know why a lot of them are so shallow, but I do know this; They know how to get their asses in gear. That I know for sure!
You see, a millionaire once told me that there is this deep, dark magic secret to getting wealthy and if you knew how really simple it is, it would litterally blow your mind. That secret can be summed up into one word actually. That word is: ACTION
The other thing that is important to know is that you need to go out and fail a lot. You see, when you are failing, you are trying. If you do not fail, then you are inactive. The more failures under your belt, the better and more closely you will be moving toward wealth. I'm telling you, I have had some very close friends that were multi millionaires and they have told me this over and over again.
The reason most people are not well off or rich is because they refuse to fail. Because failure is too much of a brickwall, they avoid it. They really don't wantto see it or hear it. Well, God has made life like this diliberately. Here is anoher secret a millionaire recently told me: Brickwalls are there to keep out the people that really don't want to do it. If you really want to succeed, then go through those brickwalls until you have blown everyone out of the water.
So, in summary, the one successful real estate sales principle that I would like to impart is, TAKE ACTION!!
