Terrells Retail. reserves the right to restrict shipments to within the Continental U.S., Alaska, and Hawaii. All orders must be placed with a residential ship-to address. Orders with P.O. Box, APO, or FPO shipping addresses will not be processed. Any orders with shipping addresses outside the Continental U.S., Alaska, and Hawaii will not be processed.

Generally, the members should assume that once an order is placed, it cannot be changed in any way. However, if the customers or Member contacts the Terrells Retail. customer service department as soon as possible with a change request ( within 4 hour of order), it may be occasionally possible to amend the order.

As a client of the Terrells Wholesale program., you understand that you are absolutely independent entity from the Terrells Retail/Wholesale. You are responsible to pay taxes to state, federal or local authorities in accordance with any and all applicable laws. This tax responsibility includes collecting and remitting all appropriate sales taxes to state and local authorities.

Order one size larger than you would normally wear in order for chaps to fit correctly.
Leather Pants and Jacket Order one size than you would normally wear for comfort.

: Our Shopping Cart is not set at this time for small Weight products, we will refund exact money that is paid over in shipping after your product is ship. If you are ordering clothing products, shipping can run from $6.95 to $10.75.

• Restocking Fee
- If you choose not to accept an order you have placed, we will restock the merchandise and charge you a restocking fee of 20% of the amount of the order, plus all shipping charges incurred
• Returned/Refused Boxes
- If a box is returned from an unclaimed shipment, we can still re-ship the package with your approval
- However, in addition to the initial shipping charges, we will also charge your for the cost of shipping the box the first time

A Return Authorization Number (RA#) is mandatory. Returns will not be accepted without it.
All returned merchandise must be returned freight prepaid.
All returned merchandise must be on the original hanger, poly-bagged and not marked or ticketed in any way. Full credit will not be given on marked or store hung merchandise.
