Now is a good opportunity to get in on an area that is in a Real Estate Boom !
For those of you out there that don’t believe that you need a Web site
that separates you from everyone else, here’s a little bit of news for
you. Californian’s are leaving their state in droves and guess where
they are moving to? Kentucky and Tennessee, especially the Nashville
region. While the rest of the country moans about the huge mortgage
fiasco and deals with foreclosure hassles, Tennessee is booming.
During a recent poll, some 60% of Californians under the age of 50
stated that they will be leaving the state for greener pastures. What
does this mean for realtors, brokers and just about everyone else in
the KY, TN region? MONEY!!! Due to the fact that we have lower taxes
and real estate prices, plus the weather is very fair here we can
expect a migration of sorts.
Many people looking to move are utilizing the Internet to scope out
properties in other places and if you set yourself apart from the
crowd, you can profit on this new trend.
Here is a breakdown of what you must do:
- Get a Web site that is not provided by your company. Most of them are cookie cutter sites and all look the same.
- Get a ton of articles that will show that you really know your
stuff and that will be search engine optimized to bring these people to
your site.
- Get an opt - in email box for the site.
- Link up to realtors in the California region that can share commissions with you.
- Link up with realtors in the Tennessee area so that you can share commissions with them
- Build a massive list of potential clients
