This trailer is 21ft on the floor, 7ft wide with a 60/40 rear tack. It has mangers under all three stalls with nice sized doors with ample storage. The rear tack is fixed. It has three saddle racks and three blanket bars, along with many finger hooks. The living area is 6 1/2 on the short wall with solid oak cabinets and trim. The conversion is done by KWG. It has a brand new battery 9/07, two LP tanks, LP hot water with push button start, AC with heat strip, two way fridge, micro, stove top, sink, TV set up with power booster, cabinets galore including a hanging closet. It has a small seating area with a removable table. The bathroom has a seperate shower with a hide-away door, and toliet.
