If you can find this sold out item, it will sell for well over $40.00. The whimsical Ivy building features turn-of-the-century cottage, hand-painted in soft pastel. The roof of the house lifts off for a deep well storage of pens, pencils, keys, money, or anything that will fit in the 5" deep space. Cottage measures 9 1/4" tall x 4" wide. Stone resin, and comes in atractive color gift box.
