How long does it take to process & ship orders?
A: All orders received Tuesday thru Friday prior to 2:00 p.m. CST will be processed the same business day. Orders received on Monday after 9:00 a.m., will be processed on Tuesday due to the high volume incurred from the weekend. Don't forget that it take 2 to 3 business days to tranfer money from paypal to our bank account. If you have purchase from us before, we will ship product and customer, want have to wait the 2 to 3 days.
How do I track my packages that have been shipped?
A: After our business day ends, we will email your tracking numbers by email.
What is your warranty return policy?

All merchandise is guaranteed for 25 DAYS from original date of purchase.
Some of our merchandise is guaranteed with a manufacturers warranty .
We agree, at our option to repair or replace any defective merchandise during the 30 day warranty period.
Defective products returned to us in original packaging with all accessories and owners manual will be replaced or repaired.
Defective products returned to us missing accessories or original packaging will be replaced or repaired as received.
A 20% Restocking fee will apply on non-defective returns if a Company Credit is requested (Sorry No Cash Refunds).
