I am offering this deal in two parts. 1- purchase home for 156,000, we will sign a seperate contract, and I will kick back 8-10 thousand to you for doing so and I keep the balance of proceeds. 2- home is rented and will cover mortgage, taxes, and ins. Hold home until market comes back and split future profits. Home should sell for about 220,000 in about a year or so.
