The penis size matters. We live now in a phallocentric world where a man with inadequate penis is ridiculed and thought less of. However, this hasn't been always been so. Generally however, they are enough to say that an average penis size is between 5.5 and 6.5 inches of length and about 5 inches in girth.

As for the girth, you may check it by using a string. Wrap it in the middle of the shaft and then use a ruler to determine the girth. Do not check the circumference near the base - the results will be essentially flawed.
