How to Order When More than one products is in the ad?

The following rules must apply and will be strictly enforced.

The widths are all standard width.

PLEASE NOTE: All available sizes are listed and each ad. Half sizes are not offered for most styles. These shoes do tend to run a little small and customers that usually wear half sizes are encouraged to order up. Please Note: Our Shopping Cart is not set at this time for small Weight products, we will refund exact money that is paid over in shipping after your product is ship. Shipping Cost for our shoes run from $5.95 to 8.95 on most.

All Footwear is of the finest quality workmanship and man-made materials - unless otherwise described as Leather. Individually priced Shoes & Boots are boxed (except "Sassie" which come in a clear hang-bag).

Please order online by placing merchandise in shopping cart, (it can always be changed/removed later).

NO DAMAGE of ANY kind will be accepted - such as shopworn, sun-fading, smoke smell, finger prints, hanger marks, perfume or cosmetic smell, writing on hang tags, etc.

all original tags, bags, display boxes, shoe & boot boxes, hangers, etc. must be returned as new.

Merchandise that does not meet the above standards will not be credited or processed and the sender will have to pay shipping charges in advance to have the box returned. Uncalled for merchandise will be discarded after 7 days. Terrells Retail reserves the right to refuse to do business with anyone.

Orders are processed in the order that we received.

Because we carry many lines, like wigs to shoes and most other lines in between, the product mix we offer is unlike any other worldwide shipper, and orders are more difficult to pull and triple check on the tables (and then pack), than a supplier that sells only one line, like shoes.

Within same day, or 2 or 3 days, we get out 90% of the orders, "THEN" your order is ready to give to UPS. (99% of the orders get out within 3 working days after the day we receive the order).

"AFTER", UPS has picked up the order the delivery time takes from 1 to 5 business days for ground service.

For example: to California, it takes 1 or 2 business days ground delivery time; going to the southeast coast like Florida, it takes 4 business days ground delivery time; to the northeast coast like New York, it takes 5 business days ground delivery time.

Tracking info will be email as soon as we ship.

Customers are 100% responsible to be 100% available for whenever UPS or USPS makes the delivery. If Customer misses the delivery and the order is returned to us, then the customer must prepay the exact amount for the two way shipping before we can reship that order. If the Customer does not request reshipping, and the order is replaced back into stock, then the customer is billed: a 20% "order processing/pulling & order reprocessing/restocking" fee; plus the two times the UPS or USPS shipping charge, minus the initial payment.

Orders are accepted to prices prevailing at the time of shipment and our ability to fill them.

We reserve the right to refuse to do business with anyone.
