First impressions
Registry Easy fires up quickly and is very easy on the eye. Starting your first scan off is as simple as clicking on the 'Scan Now' button and then watching it go to work. There's separate sections for backing up, and another screen with extra tools to optimize and improve your PC's performance.

What I liked
Uncovered a massive number of problems When I ran the tests on my machine I was really impressed by how many errors this software picks up. It's easily the most aggressive cleaner I've tested and I really liked it's thoroughness. These are genuine errors too - that are all safely removed. Very easy to use There's nothing here that will phase even the newest of users. The buttons are all self explanatory and you can figure the main tools out in a matter of seconds. Even the advanced optimization tools are very simple to put to work. Creates full backups automatically No need to worry about making a pig's ear of your system here. Every time you change something it's very quick to undo your changes and restore from one of the automatic backups. Easy peasy. Built in optimization tools This was a real surprise. Click on the Advanced button and you're taken to a real Aladdin's cave of PC optimization goodies. There's a HUGE array of powerful system optimization extras that make a big difference to the way your PC performs. Memory tweaker Some people buy an extra bit of software to do this. But Registry Easy has one built in. You click on one button and your system's memory is optimized, leaving more resources available and making your games and programs run better. Junk File Cleaner There's even a built in junk file cleaner that scans your computer for all the files you don't need any more and deletes them. Again this is something that many people buy on it's own. And it's included in the price here. Incredibly fast scan When it comes to speed, this tool kicks butt. I didn't think the length of time it would take to scan my registry was important - until I started using some of the other registry software out there. Some tools really take forever to scan, and it drives you crazy. But Registry Easy really does blaze along. Built in scheduler I found this a few days after I'd written this review and had to some back and update it. If you look under 'settings', you'll find a very handy scheduler. This automatically scans your registry on the dates you specify. So you'll never need to remember to optimize your PC again.
What I didn't like
Help files could have been longer I'm struggling to write anything bad about this tool. (I absolutely love it). Although I didn't need to dip into the help files at all, I thought they could have been longer and more thorough.

An absolute power-house of a registry cleaner. Registry Easy is a very understated registry cleaner that It blows the socks off the other tools I've reviewed. (Even ones that get a lot more exposure in the press and on other review sites). Don't be fooled. This tool is easily the best product out there for registry maintenance and optimizing your PC. The scanning engine and repair tools are second to none. I can't recommend it strongly enough. Get it today - you won't be disappointed.
