Answer: to Question 1: In Memphis and Surrounding Areas, our diagnostic fee - $35 + tax= $38.18
Outside Memphis but within 35 miles = $35 + Tax = $38.23
Outside the 35 mile perimeter = $45 + Tax = $49.16
NOTE: Outside the 35 miles perimeter may vary depending the mileage,
Question 2. When will you be at my home for a service call?
Answer to Question 2: Service appointments are set on the hour with a +/- 30 minute window, you must make a service appointment by calling 901/262-9141 or emailing us at ApplianceRepairServiceSale@yahoo.com .

Question 4. How can I tell if my appliance is worth repairing?
Answer to Question 4: A quality appliance will typically last 14 years and the average service call is approximately $40.
Based on this information, if your appliance is 15 years old it is likely not worth repairing depending on the brand name and value.

Question 5. What hours are we open?
Answer to Question 5: Monday through Saturday 7:30 AM to 7:30 PM. We are closed Sunday's.
Question 6. Do you carry parts in your service trucks?
Answer to Question 6: We carry most commonly used parts on our trucks.
However, if we are required to return to the store for parts, you will not be charged extra. We also carry many specialty parts at our convenient store.
Question 7. Is our work warranted/guaranteed?
Answer to Question 7: All our service work is warranted for up to 1 year against defective parts and workmanship. Many of our used appliances come with a 90 Day to 6 Month warrantee.
