Returns: To ensure that you do not receive previously handled or worn items all Sales are final. In case you receive a damaged item please contact us within 1 business day from the delivery date for an exchange. We will replace the damaged item With exactly the same style, size and color. No return allow after the 24 hour. All returns Require a return authorization number that can be obtained by e-mail @ terrellsretail@comcast.net or Warehouse@comcast.net . No returns will be accepted without a return authorization number. All packages that are refused or sent back to us will be subject to a restocking fee of $20.00 per item and other fees may apply.
