Please take measurements over your undergarments and if you are in-between measurements, please order the next size larger.
Bust
Measure under arms around fullest part of bust. Be sure to keep tape level across back and comfortably loose.
Waist
Measure around natural waist (an inch above your belly button) with a loose tape.
Hips
Measure around fullest part of body at top of legs. Keep feet together and tape parallel to floor.

[Q-1.] Where are your clothes made?
[A.] 70% are made in the U.S.A.
[Q-2.] What is the time limit on your "Unlimited Return Privilege"?
[A.] 3 business just email us @ terrellsretail@mn.rr.com if you need to return merchandise , as long as the merchandise is pristine, the same as when we shipped.
[Q-3.] How can I use PayPal?
[A.] It is NOT necessary to open a PayPal account to send money to an email address using PayPal - please see the "PayPal link at the bottom of our pages or links in our ads. Electronic Check (e-check) if customers do not have a PayPal account, it usually takes only a few moments to set one up.
[Q-4.] Can I send you a personal check?
[A.] Our banks tells us that out of state checks may still take 4 weeks to clear, so we return them to the sender rather than put a hold on the order for 4 weeks. We suggest that customers use their credit cards or send a U.S. Postal money order so we can ship . PayPal "e-checks" clear in 4 work days.
[Q-5.] How do I know how much my shipping will cost?
[A.] That depends on the weight of the box, the size, and the zip code. Shipping is added in paypal shopping cart on most products. If customers order Oversize products we will need their address and zip code to add the shipping cost.
[Q-6.] How long does it take to get my order?
[A.] Orders with a cleared payment are processed in the order that we receive them. Most order are ship within 24 hour. Please note: some clothing may take up to 4 business days to process, because we may have to reorder items that sell out fast.
[Q-7.] Can I send you a money order for the entire amount including shipping?
[A.] Yes, We don't garantee that merchandise will be in stock by the time your money order make it to us. if we have sold out of the merchandise money order will be return.
[Q-8.] Do your sizes run "true"?
[A.] This is a worldwide industry problem. Terrell's buys from 1000's of manufacturers & every manufacturer cuts any size they want and puts on any size label they want to. The problem is getting worse everyday - now there's a new category called "plus size juniors" for heavyset teenagers. We do our best to inform you of the closest size category we think the clothes are in. The good news is that many of the new fabrics being used today are very, very stretchy and fit several sizes. Get measurements before Ordering
[Q-9.] How do I place an order when on your website?
[A.] Customers order an item by first clicking on "INSTANT BUY" or if adding more than one item click on "ADD TO CART". If the customer has selected PayPal, the last step is to transfer funds using PayPal which includes an estimate of shipping cost. We will receive notification from PayPal of the transferred funds.
Q-10.] Can you send me a catalog?
[A.] Our ONLY catalog with about 3,000 pictures & ALL information is in our classified ad site and we place new products daily.
