I am trying to compile state by state set of resources for Erb's
Palsy. I want to gather resources for:
Medical intervention for obstetric brachial plexus injury,
Education for mothers in advance of giving birth,
Individual's with disabilities education act (IDEA) issues (I know
a lot about this in Pennsylvania because of dealing with this law on behalf of my daughter!!)
Support for parents coping with children with a brachial plexus
erb's palsy, and
Legal resources for parents who want to investigate whether the
standard of care was breached during the delivery.
