All Clothing must be properly packed to avoid wrinkles to the products and or any damage that can occur on route to our warehouse. Fold items neatly to avoid wrinkling to the Clothing. Use an appropriate sized box to ship back your order. All hang tags must be attached to the Clothing. If the hang tag is removed or not included with the product there will a restocking 15% fee applied to your return. Do not include the the package contents that came with product will be charge a 20% restocking fee. Customers have 5 business days to return products onces a RA # have been email to customers.

All orders will be sent UPS Ground.
Orders Requiring Reshipment
Any order requiring reshipment due to reasons of undeliverability or refusal will incur an additional $10.00 reshipping fee. In such case, the customer is responsible for all shipping charges plus the additional $10.00 fee. Any item that is being reshipped do to an earlier refusal must be prepaid before being reshipped. There will be a 20% restocking fee on all merchandise that is not reshipped.

We stand behind all of our merchandise, and back that up with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, call us within 1 business days of receipt and we will take back any or all of the items you purchased, that are not up to your standards.
A Return Authorization Number (RA#) is mandatory. Returns will not be accepted without it.
All returned merchandise must be returned freight prepaid.
All returns are for credit against future purchases only.
All returned merchandise must be on the original hanger, poly-bagged and not marked or ticketed in any way. Full credit will not be given on marked or store hung merchandise.
Damaged Merchandise
Damaged merchandise can be returned up to (5) days from receipt of order. Please inspect all merchandise upon receipt of order.
Please mark all damaged areas with tape or paper.
Clearly write your Return Authorization Number (RA#) on the outside of the package. We cannot accept packages without the RA# clearly displayed.
Only authorized merchandise is accepted. Any additional merchandise will not be credited to your account and will be returned to the customer.
To acquire a return authorization for unwanted or damaged merchandise, please contact us at terrellsretail@comcast.net . We will issue a Return Authorization Number (RA#) which you must display on the outside of the package being returned. Merchandise must be shipped back to us within three (3) business days from the date of RA# issuance.
