Why would an item be out of stock when it still appears on your site?Because of the great deals we offer, many of our products sell out very quickly. In addition, because many of our products are 'close-outs,' when they are gone they are gone. We do update our site hourly, but there is an inevitable delay in reflecting the fluctuations of quantities of product on hand—particularly since thousands of people visit our online store everyday. To avoid missing out on our featured items, we encourage you to act quickly. We attempt to carry a full inventory for every product we sell. This means that when we say an item is in stock, we mean it. In rare cases however, we may take your order and then discover that the product is not available for shipping (i.e., it is damaged or defective). In this case, we will notify you via e-mail that it is on backorder and do our utmost to fulfill the order as soon as possible. You will also have the option to cancel the order.
All personal information is kept private, and is used exclusively for the purpose of fulfilling your order and making your buying experience a success. We adhere to strict guidelines to keep your personal information private.

Credit Cards: We accept personal or company MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover Card and any other payment thur paypal payment. If mailing your order to us, all merchandise will be sent after Postal Money Order have clear our bank.
Shipping
All orders will be sent UPS Ground.
Orders Requiring Reshipment
Any order requiring reshipment due to reasons of undeliverability or refusal will incur an additional $10.00 reshipping fee. In such case, the customer is responsible for all shipping charges plus the additional $10.00 fee. Any item that is being reshipped do to an earlier refusal must be prepaid before being reshipped. There will be a 15% restocking fee on all merchandise that is not reshipped.

We stand behind all of our merchandise, and back that up with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, call us within 1 business days of receipt and we will take back any or all of the items you purchased, that are not up to your standards.
A Return Authorization Number (RA#) is mandatory. Returns will not be accepted without it.
All returned merchandise must be returned freight prepaid.
All returns are for credit against future purchases only.
All returned merchandise must be on the original hanger, poly-bagged and not marked or ticketed in any way. Full credit will not be given on marked or store hung merchandise.
Damaged Merchandise
Damaged merchandise can be returned up to (5) days from receipt of order. Please inspect all merchandise upon receipt of order.
Please mark all damaged areas with tape or paper.
Clearly write your Return Authorization Number (RA#) on the outside of the package. We cannot accept packages without the RA# clearly displayed.
Only authorized merchandise is accepted. Any additional merchandise will not be credited to your account and will be returned to the customer.
To acquire a return authorization for unwanted or damaged merchandise, please contact us at terrellsretail@comcast.net . We will issue a Return Authorization Number (RA#) which you must display on the outside of the package being returned. Merchandise must be shipped back to us within three (3) business days from the date of RA# issuance.
