[A.] Our banks tells us that out of state checks may still take 4 weeks to clear, so we return them to the sender rather than put a hold on the order for 4 weeks. [A.] Yes, We don't garantee that merchandise will be in stock by the time your money order make it to us. if we have sold out of the merchandise money order will be return.

[A.] This is a worldwide industry problem. Terrell's buys from 1000's of manufacturers & every manufacturer cuts any size they want and puts on any size label they want to. The problem is getting worse everyday - now there's a new category called "plus size juniors" for heavyset teenagers. We do our best to inform you of the closest size category we think the clothes are in. The good news is that many of the new fabrics being used today are very, very stretchy and fit several sizes. Get measurements before Ordering
[Q-9.] How do I place an order when on your website?
[A.] Customers order an item by first clicking on "INSTANT BUY" or if adding more than one item click on "ADD TO CART". If the customer has selected PayPal, the last step is to transfer funds using PayPal which includes an estimate of shipping cost. We will receive notification from PayPal of the transferred funds.
