These are normally available for new advertisers with Google Adwords only.
I've been offered them by different companies and been told that just starting
a new campaign would qualify me for the promotional $50.00 or whatever. According
to my answer from Google Adwords this just isn't true. Adwords Promotion Codes
are for new advertisers only.
