If you’ve ever spent time looking for good tattoo designs, you know how frustrating the process can be. Most of us aren’t artists, so we want some sweet ink work done but only have a general idea of what we want. Before I discovered TattooMeNow, I wasted so much time looking for cool tattoo designs, searching on the Internet, checking out binders at local tattoo shops, you name it.
A friend told me to check out TattooMeNow, which is an exclusive members-only website that has thousands and thousands of professional tattoo designs, all organized and searchable by categories, type of tattoo design, placement on body, you name it. You can bookmark your favorite tattoos as you browse the massive database, combine designs, and even print out your favorites to take to a tattoo studio with you.
TattooMeNow doesn’t stop there, though. They also offer a member photo gallery where you can upload photos of your own tats as well as browse tattoo designs and photos submitted by other users. There’s a rating and commenting system built in, as well as top ten list for the best rated tattoos, so it’s not only interactive but fun as hell. It’s kind of like a tattoo MySpace, with all sorts of cool folks jumping in and taking part in the discussion.
Last but not least, TattooMeNow offers a tattoo studio directory for members, so that you can not only find local tattoo studios in your area, but read reviews submitted by other people who’ve had work done there.
I don’t know if the deal is still running, but when I signed up I got all sorts of freebies thrown in, including an audio book that has info about the history of tattoos and proper tattoo care, along with three other tattoo ebooks! Yeah, it’s not a free membership to get access to TattooMeNow, and that sort of sucks, but the one-time fee is just $24.95. That’s like 3 or 4 fancy coffees at Starbucks, and just a fraction of what an actual tattoo costs.
Best $25 I’ve ever spent, as I’m way happy with the tattoos I’ve gotten based on the designs. If you’re looking to find sweet designs and tap into a community of cool, tattoo-loving folks, TattooMeNow is definitely the way to go.
