Vintage Lufkin 8 foot wood extension rule. It is a X48 Red End with the 6" brass extension. It is brand NEW, never used. My husband is a retired carpenter and always had a couple extra of these around. Well, this one got put in a draw and was never used. He wrote his name and the year he bought it (1987) in ink in the slot under the 6" brass extension, so you don't see it until you push that out. New and in excellent condition.
