For over 20 years now, Spirit has dedicated itself to giving their consumers the widest variety of high-performance treadmills. Now partnered with Dyaco International, Spirit Fitness has come up with ground-breaking new lines of ellipticals, the Z-series.
Coming from the Spirit complete line of Z-series Elliptical Trainers, the Spirit ZE110 dual action elliptical comes with an easy-to-use electronic console with a deep blue backlit LCD display. Having a combined heavy flywheel and high gear ratio not available on similar models, this cardio machine gives out that quiet and smooth natural motion with plenty of resistance at the top end that makes for a tough and exciting workout.
With oversized foot pedals and a 2-degree inward slope, the Spirit ZE110 decreases the stress on ankles and knees that is common with other elliptical machines. The 2 concave wheels that lie on heavy duty rails give out that feeling of stability underfoot and a significantly lessened side to side foot pedal motion. This special feature is commonly found on machines that are much more expensive.
The Spirit ZE110 Elliptical Trainer has a dual action design that makes use of the upper body resulting in a total body workout. The tationary handlebars that come with pulse sensors are accessible making it easier to monitor your heart rate. There is also an optional heart rate chest strap for a hands-free pulse monitoring that also adds to heart rate interactive programs for your workout routine.
This elliptical comes with an articulating footpad for bio-mechanical support, patent pending 2 degree inward tilt on the pedals, single roller track on Elliptical pedal arm, high-grade roller on pedal arm, chromed and highly-polished roller guides, industrial grade bearing in all pivot points, handles for increased upper body muscle involvement, magnetic resistance, 24-lb. flywheel, high inertia with high gear ratio, 16 / 750 maximum resistance, hand grip heart rate, optional telemetric belt, 13 standard programs, and including a water bottle.
