If you want a trainer with an easy to use electronic console with LED display and features a built-in cooling fan and water bottle holder to help make for a comfortable workout, the Sole's E55 Elliptical Trainer is a superb choice.
The Sole E55 provides a seamless natural motion with a silent drive system. The combined heavy flywheel and high gear ratio cannot be found on other models which means that you not only get a smooth feel, you can also amp up the resistance for a more intense workout if you choose.
A total body workout is provided by the dual action upper body exercise. One of the benefits of working out on an elliptical is that your whole body is worked, not just your legs.
You can keep track of you heart rate with the stationary handle bars that have built-in pulse sensors. A chest strap is also included if you want a hands free monitoring and interactive heart rate programs. Of these 10 different workouts, you'll find 6 that are of the standard variety meaning preprogrammed, 2 that are user defined and 2 more that are HRC or heart rate controlled. It also features a 1 window console with a blue backlit 8X20 profile matrix that displays your progress.
Weighing in at 196 lbs, 27 of those pounds is contributed by the flywheel. This little monster can support users of weights of up to 350 lbs, It is powered at a standard 110 and is offered with lifetime warranty on the frame, 5 years on the parts and 2 years for labor which is defined as in home service. . This is the same warranty you'll find on the Sole E95 and the Sole E35.
