- Did You Know That Sole Treadmills
Are Used in Hilton Hotels Exclusively Worldwide? Product Review It's not everyday that you see a treadmill used in a light commercial setting and be available to average folks at unbelievable prices. The Sole F63 treadmill by Sole Fitness is one of the few models on the market right now that fits that criteria.
Have you been to a Hilton Hotel lately? If you have and if you've tried working out on one of their treadmills, then my friend, you've worked out on a Sole Treadmill.
The Sole F63 treadmill is a budget and the most basic model from Sole Fitness. It can usually be found for somewhere between $1000 and $1100. This treadmill has garnered impressive reviews by experts and users alike. Some quotes for this model include "Simply the best quality treadmill in its price range" and "...this is a winner!"
It's not surprising why this treadmill is so popular among buyers and sellers alike. By using top notch components such as a powerful 2.5 Continous Duty HorsePower (HP) motor, you can challenge yourself at speeds of up to 10 miles per hour. For many people, 2.5 horse power doesn't seem like a lot but considering that many commercial models hover around the 3 HP to 4 HP and even less about a decade back, you'll come to appreciate just how powerful the motor really is.
For those less inclined on speed and more incline on the incline, you can go all the way up to a 15% elevation. Workouts that seemed easy when you're flat are a whole different story once you're at an incline. At 15%, this is as high as many models would go unless you're specifically on a treadmill that's also classified as an incline trainer.
The console Sole F63 looks amazing. With a blue LCD screen, you can pick one of the six preset programs that comes with the machine. Additionally, you'll find two programs that you can completely customize and program yourself. In case you've worked yourself a little too hard, you'll find that the big stop switch is going to be a lifesaver should you need to stop the treadmill in emergency situations.
To track how far you've ran, you'll love the quarter mile track feature. Each time you've circled around the track, you've just ran 0.25 miles. This is a great way to visualize your workout progress. To help motivate you, you can also see how many calories you've burnt so far in the current session and check your pulse using hand pulse grips. Unfortunately, a heart rate control clip isn't provided with this purchase.
Since 2005, Sole treadmills that come with a folding feature implemented something called Easy Assist. What this essentially does is allow the treadmill deck to slowly unfold itself with minimal effort by the user. So when you unlock the treadmill from the "Up" position, you can then step back and watch it slowly unfold itself.
The Sole F63 is also fairly heavy weighing in at 245 lbs. This results in a stable frame with reduced shaking while you cranking out that last quarter mile around the track on the 20" X 55" treadbelt.
Besides the cool looking blue screen, you'll also find the cooling fans to be a great luxury. You'll also get speed and incline controls on the arm rests in addition to the buttons on the console. Again, another luxury that you won't find on many other competing models on the market.
With a user friendly and beautifully designed console combined with helpful features such as fans and arm rest controls, the Sole F63 sports one of the best designs in this price class. |
