We have different levels of board stall. Board starts
at $350 and that includes grain twice a day and hay
three times a day. No turn out.
The next level is $375 and that includes half day turn
out. As well as hay and grain. Then for $400 you get
full day turnout and hay and grain.
We also offer outside board for $275. We have a 24 ft
by 16 ft lean to and we separate the horses for grain
feeding and they have free choice hay. They are turned
out in a 5 acre pasture.
For all boarders stalls are cleaned daily. Buckets are
dumped everyday and scrubbed at least once a week.
More for horses that like to dunk their food. We feed
a nice second cutting mixed hay. We do have grass hay available for horses that need a lower protein hay,
such as ponies and foundered horses.
Our grain includes a custom mixed feed with no starch
or we offer all Buckeye products. If there is a
specific need a horse requires we can usually
accommodate.
Our facility includes a 180 by 75 indoor arena with a
luxury observation room. The amenities include a full
kitchen with a refrigerator, snack and pop machine. A
stove and a full sink. We also have bathroom with a
shower. There is a washer and a dryer in the barn. The
barn is under a 24 hour watch. We have a retired fire
fighter and EMS worker living on the premise. We have
a limited tack store in the barn. The store includes
new and used tack.
The outdoor is 200 by 80. It has a special draining
system so the footing is always good. It has two board
wood fencing surrounding it.
The pastures are four board wood fencing. The fields
are groomed weekly for manure and weed removal. We
also have private turn out available.
We have a 4H group that runs out of the barn. We also
offer a drill team and clinics. We are planning to
start having a few fun shows. The trainer on site is
very knowledgeable and is currently taking new
clients. Although the training barn is filling up
fast.
We are located within a 1/4 mile of Kensington metro
park. We have access right into all the beautiful
groomed trails.
We will be accepting new boarders by the first of
April. We have been doing some remodeling and updates throughout the barn. Please feel free to ask any questions you would like and I will do my best to
answer them. Feel free to call me to set up a
appointment to view the facility.
