How can I find out the shipping cost?

Put an item in your shopping cart and shipping will be added. Oversizes products, might cost more for shipping.

Do you ship Internationally?

No, we currently ship within the 50 states of the US only. This excludes Canada and Puerto Rico. We may expand to ship internationally in the near future. If our policy were to change all customers will be notified.

How long does it take to process and ship orders?

Orders are usually shipped the next business day except weekends. Orders made on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday will be shipped out the following Monday. Please provide a valid mailing address as FedEx will not deliver to P.O. Boxes.

What is the delivery time for orders?

Actual delivery day and time is determined by FedEx/UPS/USPS. Regular ground shipments usually take between 1 to 7 business days depending on your location.

What types of payments do you accept?
We accept Paypal , E check , and postal money order only ( when mailing your order to us, we will only ship merchandise when your postal money order clear our bank.

Do your products carry any warranties?
Our products do not come with any manufacture's warranty; however we at Terrells Retail offer a14 Days Return Policy.

What if their more than one product in the ad that I want to order?

1. Just add the retail price of the product and shipping will be added for total order. Make sure that in the note box the name of all products that you want to order, that’s not in shopping cart.
2. Customer can also email us all the product they want and we can send and invoice from paypal for payment.
