How can I find out the shipping cost?

a. When customers, check out at paypal shipping is added.

b. all oversize products customers, need to email us their address and zip code.

Do you ship Internationally?

- No, we currently ship within the United States only. We may expand to ship international in the near future.

How long does it take to process and ship orders?
- Orders are usually shipped the next business day except weekend. Order made on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be ship out the next following Monday. Please provide a valid mailing address as UPS will not deliver to PO Boxes. Please Note: If and item is out of stock and we can get it back , it will take few extra days.

What is the delivery time for orders?
- Actual delivery day and time is determined by UPS. Regular ground shipments usually take between 1 to 7 business days depending on your location. If customers any shipment other than ground email your address and we will check.

How do I know when my merchandise has been shipped ?
- You can track all your orders from your email. You will obtain the shipping tracking number .

Return Policy:

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return your product, provided it is in unused condition, and it is within 5 days of your invoice date. All merchandise returned or exchanged will be subject to a 20% restocking fee less the shipping charges. Shipping and handling on return merchandise will not be refunded or covered by us. All returns must have a RA # (return authorization number) from us to be accepted.

How We Process Return

1. Once our Return Department received your email , they will contact you back with an RMA number. (NOTE: You will need this number to include in with return package and place on the outside of the box. Any package return to us without the RMA number will not get process and return to you.)
