let me tell you a story
OF HOW I BEAT MY TICKET TODAY! NO JOKE!
JUST DO ME A FAVOR AND READ MY STORY, THAT'S ALL I ASK!
I've had 3 speeding tickets within the last 18 months. With my last ticket I finally decided to try and BEAT IT. I searched the internet for days looking for tricks and the easy way out, but as we all know there is never an easy way out. So this was the next best thing.
Little did I know how much MONEY THIS WOULD SAVE ME!!!

I'll keep it short. I went to court today with everything that I learned and all my notes from this Amazing book on How To Beat Your Speeding Tickets. I get there and the court was packed as usual. I wait a few minutes and finally get into the court room. My heart pounding and my stomach dropped I sit down to see if my officer is there.
First Defense: If the Officer isn't there. CASE DISMISSED!
Of course, my luck, he's sitting right there. The court
proceeds with half the people getting dismissed because of the absents of there officers. Luckies!
Before the actual court date I got together everything I was going to need for the court and I was extremely confident. But of course when I get there I am having second thoughts if it's going to work or not.
To Beat Your Speeding Ticket is an almost impossible task if you don't no what to ask and say in the court room.
Exactly what I was thinking. EXCEPT, my favorite thing about this book is it gives you every possible scenario and not only that, it
TELLS YOU EXACTLY WHAT TO SAY!!!
So back to the story. I get my named call as with the officer being called up to the front. They state my offense, and the officer proceeds with his statement against me.
Now I'm going to give you an inside look at the book to show you something that I guarantee that you didn't know!
In a traffic court of law, the officer is required to testify to the following:
1. The speed limit where the offense took place.
2. Must describe you as the driver of the vehicle which was pulled over.
3. The officer was properly trained and knows how to use the radar gun.
4. The radar/laser gun was used as directed by the manufacturer.
5. The officer tested the device both before and after it was used on you.
6. The officer tested the device to make sure that no outside interference could have altered the reading. (radar only)
7. That your car and only your car was the one clocked by his radar/laser gun.
Now the book tells you to make a check-off sheet for all these things. If the officer fails to testify any of these that's HOW YOU BEAT YOUR SPEEDING TICKET. And that just the first and easiest defense.
AND TO TELL YOU THE TRUTH! 80% OF THE TIME THE OFFICERS LEAVE OUT ALOT OF THIS CONTENT BECAUSE THEY KNOW THAT NO ONE IS GOING TO KNOW THEY HAVE TO SAY ALL OF THIS!

So he makes his statement and my luck, he actually DOES say everything that he has too, but no worries I have TONS of back-ups.
He rests his case. Which is a BIG deal with this "How to Beat Your Speeding Ticket" book. You'll learn more if you buy it!
Then I started my cross examination. The very first question I asked, which came word for word out of this book, STUMPED HIM!!! Remember cops are humans too, they don't know everything and they definitely do not come prepared to all there court trials.
I stumped my officer and he looked so SHOCKED that I actually asked a question of that degree and he was speechless. Since the question was extremely relevant to me being guilty I immediately asked for a dismissal AND I GOT IT.

THE BEST FEELING IN THE WORLD!
Now I'm not claiming that this will win your case 100% of the time and if you were doing something ridiculous: ex: going 120MPH, then this will probably not work, but i can say with confidence YOU WILL NOT BE UNSATISFIED!
