Please Note: We have change our shopping cart and some want have shipping cost in them . If customers, place and order and shipping don’t come up send the ad to us to put shipping cost and the ad. If customers, place order without paying shipping we will send a request from paypal for the shipping cost, before any merchandise is ship.

If customers, want any other shipping than ground shipping they need to email their full address and zip code and the reply box at bottom of ad and we will send all shipping rate that we have for their address. When customers, let us know what shipping they want we will than place it and the shopping cart and they can than order.

Please Note: We won't ship any clothing, until we give customers measurement. You may contract Warehouse@comcast.net for these measurement.

Place color and sizes in paypal note box when checking out. Customers, can also send us and email with this information.

Payment Options

Credit Cards: We accept personal or company MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover Card and any other payment thur paypal payment. If mailing your order to us, all merchandise will be sent after checks or other have clear our bank.

Shipping

All orders, unless otherwise specified, will be sent UPS Ground.

Orders Requiring Reshipment

Any order requiring reshipment due to reasons of undeliverability or refusal will incur an additional $10.00 reshipping fee. In such case, the customer is responsible for all shipping charges plus the additional $10.00 fee. Any item that is being reshipped do to an earlier refusal must be prepaid before being reshipped. There will be a 15% restocking fee on all merchandise that is not reshipped.

"No Hassle Return Policy"

We stand behind all of our merchandise, and back that up with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, call us within 1 business days of receipt and we will take back any or all of the items you purchased, that are not up to your standards.

A Return Authorization Number (RA#) is mandatory. Returns will not be accepted without it.

All returned merchandise must be returned freight prepaid.

All returns are for credit against future purchases only.

All returned merchandise must be on the original hanger, poly-bagged and not marked or ticketed in any way. Full credit will not be given on marked or store hung merchandise.

Damaged Merchandise

Damaged merchandise can be returned up to (5) days from receipt of order. Please inspect all merchandise upon receipt of order.

Please mark all damaged areas with tape or paper.

Clearly write your Return Authorization Number (RA#) on the outside of the package. We cannot accept packages without the RA# clearly displayed.

Only authorized merchandise is accepted. Any additional merchandise will not be credited to your account and will be returned to the customer.

To acquire a return authorization for unwanted or damaged merchandise, please contact us at terrellsretail@comcast.net . We will issue a Return Authorization Number (RA#) which you must display on the outside of the package being returned. Merchandise must be shipped back to us within three (3) business days from the date of RA# issuance.
